So how can you contribute as part of the ShareFile team? We are searching for someone who can help us make a little magic to bring compelling industry solutions to market. We want someone who is a proven product management leader to accelerate our solution strategy. In your role as a Principal Product Manager, you will drive the next generation of client-centric solutions built by ShareFile. These solutions provide industry specific experiences and configurations to extend and enhance the ShareFile experience. You will shape and guide ShareFile's solution strategy, ensuring that the ShareFile experience and its platform evolve to meet the needs of ShareFile-built solutions. You will be responsible for defining the user experience for managing, using, and configuring solutions, and for driving the evolution and transition path for the ShareFile user experience in collaboration with our design system team. You will work cross-functionally across our client and vertical solution teams to drive an integrated go-to-market and the product-led growth strategy for our solutions.

This role is expected to make a significant impact in the following area:

  • Strategic leadership: work with our vertical solution teams to define an integrated solution strategy that will maximize business impact.

  • Portfolio alignment: work across platform and solution teams to ensure proper alignment between platform and solution needs.

  • Accelerated innovation and time-to-market: drive transformation of the ShareFile product by creating viable increments that enable customers to transition to higher value offerings.

  • Market value and business result: promote an outcome driven culture and partner with our business lines to deliver industry shaping market value and business results.

  • Team growth: mentor and coach other product managers on the team and promote product management best practices and excellence.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of product management experience and working with SaaS technology

  • Product management in both platform and applications

  • Strong business acumen: proven ability to build the business case backing investment recommendations.

  • Proven customer and agile discovery: demonstrated ability to understand and prioritize customer opportunities and proven adept of agile and continuous discovery.

  • Strategic thinking: can synthesize market trends, customer opportunities, and ability to execute into actionable product strategies working closely with engineering, marketing and design teams. Can navigate multiple roadmap horizons from short to long term.

  • Effective collaboration and evangelism: proven ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus between teams.

  • Demonstrated product leadership: inspires product management teams and demonstrates product passion, problem solving, work ethic and growth mindset.

  • Bachelor degree required within business administration, computer science, or similar field. Master degree is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in both the SMB and Enterprise spaces

  • Experience in CRM or vertical SaaS applications

  • Experience in one or multiple verticals including: accounting, legal, financial services

  • Change management: experience in leading experience transformation for an established customer base

  • Strong domain knowledge: proven domain knowledge in document management, customer relationship management and related vertical applications.
