Job Description

The D&I Specialist primarily responsibility will be as a trusted advisor and partner to provide governance and oversight to our global employee resource groups. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Ensuring ERG strategic plans and programming and efforts are aligned with company D&I strategy

  • Provide strategic guidance to the ERG leads, executive sponsors and other key stakeholders

  • Ensure inclusivity of ERG membership, operations, and programs

  • Assist with the design, development and support of specific D&I projects and initiatives across the team, as needed

  • Additional projects, tasks, and responsibilities to support the company DEI strategy

  • Ability to manage databases and create analytics to measure ROI and effectiveness of ERG's

Required qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent University degree

  • Minimum 3 years experience in diversity and inclusion or ERG leadership or employee network experience

  • Experience with budget management

Expectations:

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to create and enhance membership databases

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of multiple facets of diversity

  • A proactive approach to work and the ability to anticipate needs

Pay Range:$74,000-$90,000 base annual salary

Benefits: All job offers will bebased on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicabledegrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Company bonus where applicable.
